This page explains the proposed service. Your final quotation, invoice and service agreement establish the purchased scope, payment schedule, cancellation arrangements and applicable legal terms. A website request alone is not a purchase.
Setup and monthly service
The setup fee covers the agreed configuration, prepared booking import, supported integration setup and training within your plan’s allowance. The monthly subscription covers the agreed installation, hosting, routine updates, maintenance and standard email support. Monthly billing begins at live workspace handover.
Invoices and bank transfers
We confirm the scope and issue an itemized invoice. Pay only using the verified instructions on that invoice. Setup begins after payment verification. The website does not collect card details or automatically debit your account. Applicable taxes are itemized on the invoice.
Allowances and additional work
Plans state staff-account, storage and new-booking allowances. A booking record may contain multiple passengers. Sustained excess usage is discussed before a plan change. Complex data cleanup, custom software, extra training, paid third-party accounts and unusual infrastructure requirements are quoted separately.
Support
Standard support is business-hours email assistance with a target initial response within two business days. This is not a guaranteed resolution time or a 24-hour emergency service. Your onboarding agreement identifies the support channel and operating hours.
Your team’s responsibilities
Use individual authorized staff accounts, protect access credentials, review imported and AI-extracted information, and keep your operational records accurate. The platform supports agency workflows; it does not replace your responsibility to confirm supplier arrangements, traveler requirements or financial records.
Changing or ending service
The final agreement must state notice periods, unpaid-invoice handling, refund eligibility, export assistance and data-retention arrangements. These must be resolved before accepting commercial payment. No automatic deletion or suspension policy is created by this preview.
Demo boundaries
Demo records are fictional. External integration actions may be simulated and changes may reset on refresh. A demo does not confirm that an integration has been configured for your future installation.
