Can I try Strateway before talking to anyone?

Yes. The product demo lets you explore fictional agency workflows. It does not contain real passenger data. Integration actions are previews, and changes reset when you refresh.

Why is there a setup fee?

Your workspace needs more than a login. Setup covers agreed configuration, staff access, a prepared booking import, team training and a first-departure walkthrough. The scope and time allowance are confirmed before you pay.

Can we keep our existing website and Google tools?

Yes. Strateway has a WordPress lead connection and Google integrations for selected workflows. We review your existing setup first and configure supported connections. Your own website hosting and paid Google subscriptions remain separate.

Does Strateway collect payments from travelers?

The platform tracks payment transactions, proofs, reviews and balances. That is different from processing a traveler’s card or bank payment. The initial Strateway software subscription itself is invoiced and paid by bank transfer.

What if our team or booking volume grows?

We review sustained usage with you and agree an appropriate plan. A booking is a booking record, not a passenger. Reaching an allowance should not interrupt an active departure or remove your records.

What support is included after setup?

Business-hours email assistance, routine updates and maintenance are included. Our target initial response is within two business days. Additional training, extensive data cleanup and bespoke development are scoped separately.
