After setup payment is verified, we configure a separate installation with your branding, staff access and agreed supported integrations.
- Prepare your logo and staff list.
- Provide integration access through the agreed secure process.
- Never send passwords, passport scans or bank credentials in the website form.
Bring your records
Prepare your booking CSV and we help map and validate the agreed import. The allowance covers a prepared file, not unlimited reconstruction of scattered records.
- Starter: up to 500 prepared booking CSV rows.
- Growth: up to 1,500 prepared booking CSV rows.
- Review an import sample before the full import.
Get the team ready
We walk through your core workflows and first live departure. Monthly billing starts when your live workspace is handed over.
- Starter: two training sessions within ten setup hours.
- Growth: three training sessions within sixteen setup hours.
- Agree the handover date, support contact and operating checklist.
Hosting, routine maintenance, updates and business-hours email assistance are included. Our target initial response is within two business days. Extra training, major cleanup and custom development receive a separate scope and quote.
